Find answers to the most common questions about BRITA filters and shopping
How often should I change my BRITA filter?
+
The BRITA MAXTRA+ filter should be replaced every 4 weeks or after filtering 150 liters of water, whichever comes first. Your BRITA pitcher has an indicator that warns you when it is time to replace it.
Are BRITA filters compatible with all pitcher models?
+
Yes, filters are universal within their product group: all BRITA pitchers use the same MAXTRA+ filter, all bottles use the same Micro Disc filter, and the ON TAP faucet attachment has its own dedicated filter. So any MAXTRA+ filter fits any of our pitchers.
What does the BRITA filter remove from water?
+
The BRITA MAXTRA+ filter reduces chlorine and compounds that give water an unpleasant taste and odor, limescale (calcium and magnesium), heavy metals such as copper and lead, as well as some organic pollutants. Filtered water is safe to drink and tastes better.
Does the BRITA filter remove all harmful substances?
+
The BRITA filter improves the taste and quality of tap water, but it is not designed to purify microbiologically contaminated water. If you suspect microbial contamination, contact your local water utility.
When will I receive my order?
+
Orders placed before 2 PM on a business day are shipped the same day. Standard courier delivery takes 24-48 hours. We deliver throughout Serbia.
How much does delivery cost?
+
Standard delivery costs 480 RSD. For orders over 7,000 RSD, delivery is free!
Do you sell genuine BRITA products?
+
Yes, all our products are 100% genuine BRITA products. Every product comes in its original packaging.
Which BRITA pitcher do you recommend for beginners?
+
For beginners we recommend the BRITA MARELLA 2.4L – a classic model with excellent filtration at an affordable price. For those looking for a premium option, the BRITA STYLE 2.4L has an elegant design and a Smart Light filter-change indicator.
